We are a non-profit making registered charity and raise funds for our concerts in various ways. However, ticket sales rarely cover expenses.
Please support us by becoming a Friend. We ask for a minimum annual contribution of £12.00 per person. If you pay UK income tax at the standard rate this can be made under the ‘Gift Aid’ scheme, which adds a further £3.38 at no extra cost to you.
Friends receive an occasional newsletter and are invited to all our social evenings (usually one per term, which might be a quiz, treasure hunt, slide show, etc.) and your name will be printed in our programmes.
There are no obligations attached to being a Friend, but you could help further through sponsorship from a company you own or work for - Friends often have friends who may also be interested!
Sponsor a tenor soloist, or the cost of hiring music for a term by organising a coffee morning, book or plant sale.
